Is the store information (hours, location) always live?
Business owners update their timings and availability in real-time. If a store is 'Closed' or a Pro is 'Unavailable,' it will be clearly marked on their digital storefront.
How are Flash Deals different from Coupons?
Flash Deals are real-time, live discount broadcasts that are free for everyone to claim immediately. Coupons are earned rewards won through mini-games using your daily scan plays.
What are Loyalty Stamps and how do they work?
Loyalty Stamps are digital versions of your favorite 'Buy 10 Get 1' cards. Every time you scan at a shop, you can earn a digital stamp. You collect these stamps digitally, and once you complete your card, you can reward it directly at their billing counter.
How do I redeem my loyalty rewards?

Can I pay for a deal or service directly through UPI?
Absolutely. Many businesses support 'One-Tap UPI.' When you see the payment option, it securely handshakes with GPay, PhonePe, or Paytm on your device for a 5-second checkout experience.
How do I get more 'Plays' for games?
You get +1 Play for every unique shop scan. You can also earn bonus plays by setting up your profile, completing daily streaks, or inviting friends to join the Scalibo community.
Why did I stop receiving plays today?

Do I need to sign in to use Scalibo?
You can browse and discover in 'Guest' mode! However, to save coupons, track streaks, and manage your stamps in your wallet, you'll need a fast 1-tap Google or Phone sign-in.
What happens if my coupon expires?
Redemption timelines are set by individual businesses. Once a coupon expires, it is automatically archived. We recommend visiting the store before the countdown ends!
Is my payment data recorded by Scalibo?
Never. Scalibo uses deep-link technology to hand off payments directly to your chosen UPI app. We never store your PIN, card details, or bank credentials.
