By accessing, browsing, or using the Scalibo customer platform, Business Space pages, or digital wallet passes, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of Scalibo services.

To collect loyalty stamps, claim Flash Deals, and redeem reward vouchers on Scalibo, users agree to:

• Provide a valid mobile phone number for OTP authentication when required.
• Access store Business Spaces directly in web browser with zero mandatory app downloads.
• Maintain a single active user account per individual. Account duplication or bot activity is strictly prohibited.
• Keep login credentials secure and immediately notify Scalibo of any unauthorized access.

Customer loyalty stamp passes and reward points are governed by the following terms:

• Stamp Issuance: Digital stamps (1 visit = 1 stamp or 50 points) are awarded upon scanning the merchant's acrylic counter QR stand and entering the daily cashier 4-digit security PIN provided at checkout.
• Milestone Rewards: Upon achieving configured stamp milestones (e.g. 5 or 10 stamps), reward vouchers are issued directly to your digital wallet pass.
• Cycle Resets: Completed stamp card passes reset to 0 for a new milestone cycle while preserving your lifetime store visit history.
• PIN Integrity: Cashier PINs rotate regularly. Submitting expired or unauthorized PIN entries is strictly monitored and subject to account suspension.

Flash Deals and Coupon Campaign vouchers ("See It. Visit. Grab It." and "Play. Win. Save. Redeem.") are subject to the following rules:

• Flash Deals: 2-to-48-hour direct counter offers must be claimed and redeemed at the issuing merchant store prior to offer expiration timers.
• Spin & Win Games: Coupon vouchers won through checkout wheel games are saved directly to your wallet pass for instant register redemption.
• Merchant Responsibility: Participating store owners are solely responsible for fulfilling discount vouchers and percentage offers at their physical store outlets.
• Non-Transferable: Digital coupons and reward passes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for physical currency.

Users agree NOT to engage in any fraudulent or abusive activity on Scalibo:

• Attempting to brute-force Cashier 4-digit security PIN codes or submit automated PIN guesses.
• Spoofing GPS location coordinates or claiming store visit stamps without physically visiting the merchant outlet.
• Creating fake accounts to manipulate game challenges or claim multiple promotional vouchers.
• Interfering with platform security, reverse-engineering code, or extracting proprietary system data.

Scalibo provides platform services "as is". Scalibo is not liable for merchant store closures, unfulfilled merchant promotions, or temporary network service disruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts immediately if fraudulent stamp claiming, PIN brute-forcing, or breaches of these terms are detected.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of Scalibo after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
