Scalibo does not guarantee reward availability and may modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

Business and QR Code Interactions

Some features require scanning QR codes at participating venues.

Users agree not to misuse QR codes, manipulate location verification, or attempt to exploit reward systems.

Violations may result in suspension of access.

Prohibited Use

Users must not:

  • attempt to exploit reward systems
  • manipulate campaigns or games
  • interfere with platform security
  • scrape or copy platform data
  • use automated tools to interact with the service

Limitation of Liability

Scalibo is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

We are not liable for:

  • third-party promotions
  • expired or unavailable rewards
  • partner website issues
  • indirect damages arising from use of the platform

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Scalibo if:

  • these terms are violated
  • fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
  • required by legal or security reasons
